How do I place an order with MyOGM?
Step 1. To place an order with MyOGM, first visit our website at http://www.myogm.com/.
Step 2. To purchase from our Top 8 games, please click on the appropriate game listed in our Hot Games sections. Select the game you prefer by clicking on the picture, and then choose the server you wish by selecting from the drop down menu.
For all other games or Power Leveling, select your desired game from the left hand menu. Clicking on the game name will then expand the menu to allow you to select the server or desired Power Leveling service.
Step 3. To purchase currency, simply select the amount of currency you would like to purchase by clicking on the add to cart button. If the currency you desire is not listed, you may add multiple currencies to your shopping cart (for example 200 +200+ 1000 to get to 1400) to get to your desired amount.
Step 4. Once you are satisfied with your shopping cart, click 'shopping cart on either the top menu item or on the right menu side, to view your cart. Here you may edit your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Simply click on the checkout button to proceed to the payment page.
Step 5. In the checkout section, please review your shopping cart information and then input your personal information. All mandatory fields are denoted by an asterisk *. If you are satisfied that the information you have input is correct, please review our terms and conditions by clicking on the link. Finally, after you have finished reading our terms and conditions, select the method of payment you wish to use and click on the Continue button. You will then be redirected to the appropriate online payment website where you can finish submitting your payment. Once you are done with your payment, you will be redirected back to our site where you will be given your order number.
Step 6. An email will be sent to you asking you to confirm your payment. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see this email. By adding our domain (myogm.com) to your safe senders list, any further communications from us will go directly to your inbox. Simply click on the link to confirm your payment. Our delivery team will review your order and contact you if further verification is necessary.
Step 7. Once the order has been complete (either your currency has been delivered or your Power Leveling services has been completed, we will mark the order as complete and an email will be dispatched to let you know that the order is done.
If I buy an item, how do I receive it?
Item sales are handled exactly like currency sales. We will log into the appropriate game and trade the purchased item inside the game to your character.
How do I receive the login and password information for an account after I have purchased it?
After an account is purchased, the login and password information will be emailed to the address provided on the order form within 1 hour.
